This scholarship was started in 1993 to honor Ms. Neabling. Sue worked for the UW Oshkosh Bookstore from 1970 – 1988, serving as the Bookstore Director from 1975 until her retirement in 1988.
Sue was a driving force in the inception of the Wisconsin Association of College Stores. Throughout her career, Sue contributed significantly toward our state association, and the National Association of College Stores.
To honor Sue for her contributions to our state association and the industry, WACS awards a $1,000 scholarship each year in her to a member school. The scholarship is designed to be given to the University’s general scholarship fund on behalf of the member store.
